One reason perhaps is the Cottage itself.

Yes, it's luxuriously comfortable, with its rimu interior and carpeted throughout. Large lounge and dining area with stereo, Sky television and DVD. Full kitchen facilities including a dishwasher. Separate toilet and bathroom and full laundry facilities - guests seem to be happy to stay longer and longer, reading all the books from the library, writing postcards and letters, and sleeping in the super-kingsize beds.

Surely our guests would get tired of that...
