Cancellation Policy We ask that in the event your travel plans change, that you ring us as soon as possible (07-315-7877 or 0800-227-384). At booking time we will ask for Credit Card details to secure the accommodation. Credit Cards are not debited until after your stay. If you do not arrive and we do not hear from you, we will process one nights accommodation cost as compensation for lost business. If the booking is for more than three nights, a higher cost will be charged.
